Project Management

Dee has project management experience and has worked in many industries in her career. Some of the more recent projects have focused on Town and Parish Councils including: 

Southbourne Parish Council

The task was to complete  for the New Homes Bonus of the Parish Council to the point of delivery including Application for acceptance. 

The projects were: Recreation Disabled Roundabout, redesign an unused green area into a flower and plant border and how this would be landscaped, redesign an area of grass outside a supermarket and used by school children and residents and how this would be landscaped, install a bike rack and shelter and install notice boards and signs at an allotment. 

This had to be completed by a specific dead line to make sure the application was delivered on time and within the budget required. 

Town Council 

Emergency and Resilience Planning – to help a Town Council populate the E and R Planning template as they have a large electoral register and area to cover. This can be completed both on site or remotely so it can be completed before the winter months.
