Southbourne Parish Council
- Led the delivery of the New Homes Bonus initiative for the Parish Council.
- Managed the full process from application through to acceptance and project delivery.
- Identified and implemented projects that were both relevant and beneficial to parish residents, ensuring strict compliance with council budget requirements.
Newham NHS / Department of Health
- Delivered a complex project within the Primary Care Trust (PCT) for dentists and orthodontists under NHS contracts.
- Negotiated agreements with 30 dental practices to secure acceptance of a new 3-year NHS contract.
- Successfully managed the allocation and division of the budget across all practices, ensuring fairness and compliance with Department of Health requirements.
International IT Storage Provider
- Head of Projects – Secondary Markets during a major global merger.
- Directed a 2-year initiative to reduce global storage inventory.
- Oversaw the resale of stock through established broker markets, reducing inventory value from $40 million to $15 million, delivering significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
